We carefully package each order and ship within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
🇨🇦 Do you offer free shipping within Canada?
Yes! Shipping within Canada is free.
Orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta and typically arrive within 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
💡 Free shipping didn’t apply at checkout?
If your order qualifies for free shipping but it didn’t apply automatically — don’t worry.
This can sometimes happen due to currency conversion or rounding.

🌍 Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 5–14 business days
- Europe & International: 2–4 weeks (depending on customs and carrier)
🌐 International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees once the package arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Customs policies vary by country — we recommend checking with your local customs office.
Please note: Customs delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery timelines.
We do our best to ensure smooth international shipping — thank you for your understanding and patience.
📦 Is shipping tracked?
Yes — all orders include tracking (where available).
You’ll receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
💌 My Country Is Not Available at Checkout
If your country isn’t listed during checkout, don’t worry — just send us an email with your address. We’ll quietly check if we can ship to you and get back to you with the details. hello@artbyolian.com
🏠 Do you offer local pickup or delivery in Calgary?
Yes! If you're in Calgary, you'll see a free home delivery option (1 business day) at checkout — no need to contact us.
Prefer to pick up your order instead?
Just select the free delivery option at checkout and leave us a note saying you’d like to pick it up — we’ll contact you to arrange a cozy time. 🤍
📄 Certificates of Authenticity
Do your paintings come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes — every original painting includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
It contains the title, medium, dimensions, date, and my signature — confirming the piece is an original work by me.
🧾 Returns, Damages & Exchanges
🎨 Can I return or exchange my item?
All purchases are final sale due to the handmade nature of each piece.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged (see here).
😢 What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email hello@artbyolian.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We’ll assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a solution such as a refund, credit, or replacement.
Note: While we package every order with care, we’re not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers — but we’ll do our best to help.
🔁 Do you offer exchanges?
Only if the item is damaged and a replacement is available.
Since most artworks are one-of-a-kind, exact replacements may not be possible.
🛡 What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
However, we’re happy to help you contact the shipping provider if needed.

How do you package your products ethically?
Every artwork is prepared with love — for both you and the planet.
We use sustainable, recycled, and reused materials whenever possible. We avoid single-use plastics and choose eco-conscious packaging to reduce waste.
Our goal is to make sure your art arrives safely, while being kind to the environment.
