Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting artbyOliaN and choosing a piece of original art. Each item is created with love and intention — and because of it's unique, handmade nature, all sales are considered final.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged (if applicable).
Each artwork is created by hand with care, making every piece one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we ask that you review all product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before making a purchase.
If you have any questions about a piece, feel free to email us before placing your order — we’re happy to help (if applicable).
2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@artbyolian.com
- Includeclear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
- We will review the situation and do our best to offer a solution (if applicable), which may include a refund, store credit, or exchange
While we take great care in packaging every piece securely, we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we’re here to support you and will assess each case individually.
3. Responsibility After Delivery
Once your order is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages
- Delivery delays or mishandling
- Unclaimed packages returned to sender
If needed, we can assist you in contacting the carrier (if applicable), but we cannot guarantee resolution or replacement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund (unless legally required or stated otherwise):
- Original artwork and fine art prints
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Any request submitted more than 7 days after delivery
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved (if applicable):
- It will be issued to your original method of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- We will notify you once it has been initiated
If you are returning an item valued over $75 (if applicable), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges if an item is defective or damaged and a replacement is available. Due to the nature of original artwork, exact replacements are not always possible.
If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions via email.
