1. Using Our Site

- Use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not copy or resell our content or artworks
- Respect our intellectual property (all artwork is owned by Olia Nychyporenko)
2. Orders & Payment
When you place an order:
- You confirm your information is accurate
- Payment is required at checkout
- All artworks are subject to availability and may vary slightly — each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind
3. Shipping
We ship from Calgary, AB, Canada.
Shipping times and costs depend on your location. You’ll see details at checkout.
4. Fulfillment & Responsibility
We carefully package and ship each order with love from our studio. Once your order is with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit
- Import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes in your country
If something happens during shipping, please reach out to us — we’re here to help.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of original artwork:
- All sales are final
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at hello@artbyolian.com with a photo, and we’ll do our best to assist
